-We selected the mountain range (or what they call it) room ..The view of Matterhorn was fantastic from the balcony. You could enjoy a late evening drink with a fantastic view from the balcony.
-Room size is decent, and we were able to watch FIFA World Cup games as well in the late night, the TV was modern!
- Friendly staff that responded to our queries
Privacy on the balcony: The hotel is located very close to the neighboring property, and the balconies face each other directly. Guests on both sides can easily look into one another's balconies, which makes the space feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. Perhaps some form of privacy screening, frosted panels, or strategically placed curtains could be installed to reduce direct visibility, although I'm not sure what solution would be most practical.

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is new, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool was clean, spacious and uncrowded. The staff was very friendly, being the first time staying there I also benefited from a tour of the hotel and a small gift upon departure. It is definitely a place to return to. Congratulations!

Everything better than expected. Zermatt was too warm though..much more than expectation. Maybe table fans can be made available to guests. Very hospitable and responsive people at reception specially. Maybe One veggie hot dish for breakfast shd be there.
Nothing hot in vegetarian breakfast. Other choices were there.cheese jam cornflakes. Only a French fries or potato wedges ,.baked beanks or something like that would have been very welcome for veggies. Non veg had many options .

The pool is fantastic - 25m long with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The spa has many options and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. I selected the hotel for these facilities and it exceeded my expectations.
