The flat is beautiful and very conveniently located, only 15-20 mins walk from the lift/train station. Easy self-check in experience and very clean. We also got a 10% discount for ski rental which was fab!
There were no necessities such as soap, shampoo, only few coffee pods for 1 day. Not what you'd expect for the price we paid, but oh well.

Fiona and Tanja were amazing with their communication and service. The place was beautiful and actually much closer to everything than I thought, the red bus line is a few steps away. The accommodation is really beautifully done and well stocked. The daily bread delivery service was so cool too! Will be back

The property was pretty clean, the room we stayed (top floor one bedroom apartment) looked even nicer than the photos on website - stylish and cozy design, stunning view through the windows and balcony.
You could find all kinds of kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, cups and bowls.
One of their staffs Tanja was very kind and helpful. I misunderstood her message and couldn’t find the laundry room in the building, she stopped by and guided us. And she always replied fast with warm words when I had questions. Thank you Tanja!
There was a little incident at our last night when I was trying to wash clothes in the laundry room. The coin box suddenly showed “full” that no more coins could be inserted to keep the washing machine working; so all my clothes were locked in the washing machine. I messaged the management team at around 7:05pm with no response and I called them at about 8pm to see if they could send over someone to just open the coin box and let me get my clothes out since we had to check out prior to 10am the next morning. Unfortunately that was Christmas Eve, the manager answered the phone and told me they had no staff working at the moment and they could only come over the next morning at 8am. It was so frustrating that it would make us short on the checking out. The manager just kept telling me it was Christmas Eve that nobody could help me which I totally understood but he didn’t show any care on my case - he mentioned he saw my message but I never got replied. Then I had to try all kinds of ways by myself and figured it out finally. Otherwise I believe this incident could be my upset memory during the stays in Zermatt. Hopefully all the staffs could show more kindness just like Tanja; and I wish the host of this property would be better and better.

The apartment we stayed was just beautiful, very spacious and perfect for six people. We loved everything about it.
The kitchen was very good equipped and everything was super clean. The apartment even had a balcony and a room to store the skies.

The apartment is in a great location, so we could reach the various cable cars, railways and town centre easily on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was beautifully fitted out and very clean. The view from the balcony was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the WiFi and the maintenance man was very friendly, polite and efficient and it was fixed quickly. Bread service is a great idea too and the bread/croissants were delicious.

A very nice apartment, clean, cozy, and quiet. Check-in was easy, with detailed and useful instructions from the host. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked every day during our stay. We were also happy to have an elevator; it made moving our luggage up and down much easier.

The apt is very clean. In fact, we were in the same apt 5 years ago and it looks just as clean and as nice as it was then. The layout was very good and great for a family of 4-6 people. It doesn't have a direct view of the Matterhorn, but that is fine for us because we got a view of the village.
I didn't like the idea of not been able to check into the apt until after 17:00 and then having to check out at 10:00. It shouldn't take this long to clean and apt. Even if they manage multiple apts, I am sure they have several crews to clean.
Then, if you want to check in earlier, you have to pay additional CHF50 unless you had booked it via their website. If you are staying more than 3-4 days, it is too bad they don't have a washer/dryer in the apt and you will need to reserve a timeslot for the communal machines.
