Location was very near to the station. Right next to the main street. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with a lovely balcony and great view. Overall fantastic stay.

The close proximity to the train station. It was set back from the Main Street so it was very quiet. The view from our room (308) was lovely. The staff were engaging & friendly.
It was very hot when you walked in from outside.

The location is good - walkable to the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean. They also have a nice breakfast and the afternoon tea is a good bonus.

Comfortable room and bed and pillows were so comfy. Balcony view was great. Convenient location. The room and bathroom were spacious, and there was good value for money in Zermatt. Breakfast spread was great, and there was a good selection of hot items, too. Afternoon tea / coffee was nice and complementary.
They didn't pick us up from train station because we arrived after 6 pm, but we saw other hotels doing so. It woukd have been nice to to be pucjed up as we carry luggage.

The only thing was that the restaurant only offered a set menu rather than the menu provided online. Not a massive issue as lots of other nice restaurants near by

Great location - very convenient for train travel and seeing Zermatt. Breakfast was very good, possibly needing a bit of variety day to day. Very civilised afternoon tea included

Good and quiet location. Its near the trains station and town which was helpful to get food from Coop which sells fresh produce and pre-packed food.
Hotel serves healthy spread of breakfast, free afternoon and we can fill up our water near the lobby.
Its has laundry service of 1 loads at 9 CHF which is reasonable compared to the hotel at Montreux which charges by pieces.
The lift is pretty small but not a big issue

Near train station. Big balcony with beautiful mountain view. Afternoon complimentary coffee n tea with pastries. Big toilet.
Long bath should have grab bar to assist elderly ascend and descend.
