This hotel was truly unique and exquisite—everything I had hoped for and more. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with everything you need right at your fingertips. It is also very close to the train station, making transferring our luggage easy and stress-free. They even offer complimentary pickup from the station, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The hotel also has a beautiful wellness center. Although we didn’t use most of the services, we did enjoy the hot tub, which was amazing—especially with the breathtaking surroundings. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Best location right in Zermatt with Matterhorn views, most comfortable bed I’ve ever had, and rooms that are very nicely decorated. We got upgraded to a loft and it was stunning.
The spa here is on another level — never seen anything like it. World class.
But the people make it. Laura at the front desk was a super star, and the kitchen staff were so helpful and kind. I’ve never experienced customer service this high. Hats off to the entire hotel team!
Can’t wait to come back to Zermatt.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We were on honeymoon and spent two nights (we now wish it was for longer)! Our room was as uniquely decorated as the rest of the hotel. With art fixtures and lights. We loved the spa access that was included with the stay. The steam room, sauna, meditation room, float pool, and whirlpool were our favorites. The staff was friendly from the beginning setting up a shuttle from the train station to the hotel and even being kind enough to assist bringing luggage to our room. The lovely lady at tje front desk was accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was amazing! Fruits, fresh breads, yogurt with the fixing. We loved ordering the pancakes and omelet. The balcony and the lotions the room offered smelled delightful. You can even buy some of the diffusers and lotions there. The location was just as great as everything else. Right in the center of shopping and a close walk to viewpoints of the matterhorn and church. Every bit of our stay was something we will always remember and look forward to getting to come again in the future.
My only thing would be the rainforest room was very nice, but the water that drips down was really hot on the skin.

The staff is great. We appreciated the free shuttle from the train station to the hotel in this car free village. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast is great, and includes made to order eggs, espresso, and cappuccino included in the price. The view of the Matterhorn form the balcony was the icing on the cake
We didn't like the layout of the bathroom. We didn't like the pillows and had to get extras.

This place is the most amazing hotel. I cannot give it enough credit. The staff are the most accommodating and nice group. They were constantly trying to help us with anything and add to our stay. The views in the rooms are all 10/10. The rooms themselves are so beautiful and comfortable.

Amazing accommodations. The free spa area is so nice on bad weather days. The breakfast area having open seating all day for anyone to use with great views is nice too. The rooms are no nice with balconies and views. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Location. Room had a nice view.
Endless noise. Night one huge party under my room, night two huge party under my room, night 3 and 4 someone stamping about above my room for hours on end.
Hotel offered to refund me for first night but despite messaging them numerous times no refund ever appeared. They have now stopped all communication with me via booking.com , not nice to offer to resolve something and then it never materialise.

This hotel is by far the coolest, most unique hotel I’ve ever been to. It isn’t an enormous property size, but the way they outfit the entire thing with custom furniture, cabinetry, artwork, and a mildly eccentric steampunk style, it’s absolutely fantastic.
The staff were so kind, helpful, cheerful, and always happy to help.
We stayed in the suite which I believe is their nicest room, on the top floor, and I highly recommend it.

Great room, great location, great restaurant, great staff. Spa seemed cool but really didn't use it because it is not open in the mornings.
No gym and no spa access until 3pm. However they did open the jacuzzi ton for me upon request. All is the staff was amazing.

This property was in an excellent location in Zermatt. Easy access to both the main street shops/ restaurants as well as ski lifts/ transportation. The staff was top tier. Laura and the rest of the team knew us by name immediately and took great care of us - recommending restaurants, making reservations, knowing our preferences, etc. Truly a 5-star experience in this magical town.
For European hotel rooms, the rooms were surprisingly large with great bathroom and shower facilities. A couch/ TV area! Unheard of.
Very, very clean and serviced 2x per day.
The spa area was a full spa experience - many options for free, others for a fee. Made coming back from skiing even better.
The included breakfast was also phenomenal. Many hot options upon order, many great items at the buffet.
It's almost impossible to find anything. The wi-fi in one of our rooms wasn't strong or stable. That's it. The other room was fine!
