Wonderful
Breakfast was lovely. Great selection.
Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Room was very different and funky. Kids really enjoyed it.
Would definitely recommend the hotel. Great location, lovely facilities and welcoming team.

The staff is great. We appreciated the free shuttle from the train station to the hotel in this car free village. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast is great, and includes made to order eggs, espresso, and cappuccino included in the price. The view of the Matterhorn form the balcony was the icing on the cake
We didn't like the layout of the bathroom. We didn't like the pillows and had to get extras.

Amazing accommodations. The free spa area is so nice on bad weather days. The breakfast area having open seating all day for anyone to use with great views is nice too. The rooms are no nice with balconies and views. The staff is incredibly friendly.

This place is the most amazing hotel. I cannot give it enough credit. The staff are the most accommodating and nice group. They were constantly trying to help us with anything and add to our stay. The views in the rooms are all 10/10. The rooms themselves are so beautiful and comfortable.

Location. Room had a nice view.
Endless noise. Night one huge party under my room, night two huge party under my room, night 3 and 4 someone stamping about above my room for hours on end.
Hotel offered to refund me for first night but despite messaging them numerous times no refund ever appeared. They have now stopped all communication with me via booking.com , not nice to offer to resolve something and then it never materialise.

This hotel is by far the coolest, most unique hotel I’ve ever been to. It isn’t an enormous property size, but the way they outfit the entire thing with custom furniture, cabinetry, artwork, and a mildly eccentric steampunk style, it’s absolutely fantastic.
The staff were so kind, helpful, cheerful, and always happy to help.
We stayed in the suite which I believe is their nicest room, on the top floor, and I highly recommend it.

Great room, great location, great restaurant, great staff. Spa seemed cool but really didn't use it because it is not open in the mornings.
No gym and no spa access until 3pm. However they did open the jacuzzi ton for me upon request. All is the staff was amazing.

This property was in an excellent location in Zermatt. Easy access to both the main street shops/ restaurants as well as ski lifts/ transportation. The staff was top tier. Laura and the rest of the team knew us by name immediately and took great care of us - recommending restaurants, making reservations, knowing our preferences, etc. Truly a 5-star experience in this magical town.
For European hotel rooms, the rooms were surprisingly large with great bathroom and shower facilities. A couch/ TV area! Unheard of.
Very, very clean and serviced 2x per day.
The spa area was a full spa experience - many options for free, others for a fee. Made coming back from skiing even better.
The included breakfast was also phenomenal. Many hot options upon order, many great items at the buffet.
It's almost impossible to find anything. The wi-fi in one of our rooms wasn't strong or stable. That's it. The other room was fine!

The location and staff of the property was excellent. The ease of arrival and the greeting by the very informed staff was the best. The breakfasts were yummy with the best bread in town. Excellent view of the Matterhorn from our room.
The room was adequate, but a bit small. Not enough space for charging things over night and missed having a side table on both sides of the bed.

Staff was great! Breakfast was wonderful! The spa and hot tub were included and great!
No light 'switches'; Lights were controlled in groups from a single centrally located console. So, was not possible to turn on bathroom light by itself in the middle of the night without turning on other lights and waking up your partner; Hot tub and spa closing time 9pm, which seemed a bit on the early side.
