“We really enjoyed the spa—it was very accommodating. The wellness pool was relaxing, and the ambiance was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic and exceeded all expectations.”
We would have loved access to a dryer so we could dry our ski gear, but other than that, we had no complaints about our stay.

The hotel is an 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the ski bus stop so very convenient. The rooms were very nice including a small dresser and a terrace with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel had a ski room for storing skis/boots but best of all was the spa which included a fine steam room and sauna, perfect for apres ski! Finally, the front desk was very helpful including excellent restaurant recommendations. Will definitely come again.

We loved it all - the breakfast, the pool, the friendly staff. It was a wonderful ski holiday. We've been two years in a row and we hope to come back again. It is close to the train station and a store.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety, including eggs, cheese, breads and fruit. We had an early departure and the staff packed us ham and cheese sandwiches, fruit and water - unexpected and appreciated! We also enjoyed the jet pool and sauna - after a long day's hike. Oh and the front desk helped order take out from a nearby restaurant, and recommended.

Beautifully laid out, clean, gorgeous views and the spa was amazing.
The staff were so lovely and helpful- they spoke English which we appreciated, they answered any questions we had.
Housekeeping went the extra mile- they tucked my son’s teddies into his bed and he thought it was the cutest thing ever.
Breakfast was always well stocked and there was always Moet in the entry if you wanted liquid courage.
No notes, it was the best stay we have ever had.

Rooms are very old fashioned, on the cheap side. It smells like garlic and food which is likely due to the fact that the air from the kitchen is recycled. When I specifically complained to reception, someone came up and said he couldnt smell but that was not correct. It smelled strongly

Beautiful traditional hotel with excellent modern amenities. Very close & convenient to the train station, and a little bit away from the business of the main shopping area. Very helpful front desk staff. We got a balcony with Matterhorn view! Breakfast buffet was the best during our entire trip in Switzerland!

My favorite hotel in Switzerland ?? great location and pool/spa in the basement. Great breakfast choices and if you are lucky your room will have a balcony or patio with a view of the Matterhorn.
