The apartment is amazing, with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is very close to the Matterhorn gondola. The ski room is private to the apartment, and the building also has a washer and dryer, which is extremely helpful for longer stays.
Diana is extremely attentive, kind, and professional. She made sure we felt completely at ease and was always very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed.

The house is well maintained and in a perfect location. The bottom station of the main ski area is right down the hill. To get to the center it's a 15 min walk, which was perfectly fine for us (and made for a nice walk after a dinner). The room wasn't very big, but it was well equipped (in particular the kitchen had everything).

Haus Anita is located near Furi lift and was perfect for hiking. It’s in the quieter part of Zermatt yet close to very good restaurants. The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The hostess was most helpful before and during our stay.
The property has been remodeled recently but the building is probably from the 1980’s and the entrance shows some signs of aging. The apartment could benefit from a deep cleaning. It was perfectly fine but the floors were dusty and the cobwebs in the corners didn’t make a good initial impression. These are minor details and didn’t detract from a very pleasant stay.

Huge spacious penthouse with lovely amenities. We had an absolutely great time staying here with views of the mountain from our window while having breakfast! Just stunning all around!
Two of the bedrooms were quite small and cramped due to the sloped roof which made it a bit uncomfortable to be in. Also would have been great to have AC during the warm summer days.

Diana and her staff, were just fantastic. A cracking and well equipped studio flat. Plus a ski room, to keep my boots and skis. With washing and drying facilities in the building to use also.

Really nice, great bathrooms and living room, good beds and bedding, good location for the lift. Very nicely decorated and furnished. In a pretty area on the edge of town but in walking distance from central Zermatt.
It doesn’t have a microwave and some more items for the kitchen would have been good to have. We also found only two door keys was not enough as we were a family of adults.

The property is located in a nice area with great view towards the Matterhorn and close to cable station Matterhorn Glacier Express
The rooms are very nice furnished and spotless, very comfortable bed and I personally loved the pillows ( which is quite rare for me in a hotel :) )

We were able to walk in and settle in without a hitch. Super easy. Diana was amazing. Attentive, responsive, and very thoughtful throughout our entire stay.
We are still a little confused by the trash disposal system, but Diana helped us throughout the week.
