The staff was wonderful, we ate at the bar/restaurant both nights and it was very inviting, fun and great opportunity to meet fellow travelers. Excellent location by the gondola to Verbier!

Excellent location, easy to get to many restaurants. We were hiking the haute route so very easy to get to after our hike and to start the next hike. Rooms were very comfortable and clean!

Location is really good - really close to the train station and gondolas. Staff is awesome - friendly and helpful. Restaurant is rather good - steaks, specials. Breakfast is okay, cold, but all the basics are in.
The hotel is right on the main road. Beautiful views, but lots of car noise. If you like it quiet, definitely ask for a back-side room, which fill up first. Some rooms don't let one adjust the temperature of the radiators, so you face a dilemma: too hot or too noisy. On the back side, you can crack the windows open at least without letting too much noise in. Pillows are quite bad, but beds are fine.

The hotel offered really good value in what is generally an expensive location. The breakfast was as expected and the offer of food in the bar in the evening was really good.
The only complaint was that there was a fair bit of traffic noise especially early in the morning.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and provided us with a lovely breakfast. The accommodation was very central to the station and the chair lift. There was a supermarket just next door (with tasty raclette) and an on site bar/eatery and a separate restaurant with good food, the menu covering all the classic Swiss winter items.

Excellent location right next to Le Châble train station and cable car. 5 min walk. Very clean and good breakfast. Nothing fancy but perfect for convenience. Lovely staff

Perfect location, decent bar / food
Super noisy, not only the street, but also neighbouring rooms, water pipes, toiltes. Don't come without earplugs.

Noisy, particularly on the Saturday where we had to complain as the whole room vibrated with the loud music in the bar.
