The staff is very nice, the room was excellent and the hotel has also a spa-area. Plus it's very close to the center of Saas-Fee. The value for money was excellent!
The only minor thing that I didn't like was that the steam bath was out of order. But that's a minor thing. All the rest was really nice.

Property was ok for a short stay
Rooms are dated not like the image shown. It is misleading as the lift beside is only for sledding and the ski lift is far away. The breakfast was very basic and I when I asked to use the coffee machine after breakfast you have to pay extra. The wellness area also only opens from 4pm to 7pm which is not very convenient as we would have liked to use it in the morning. The jacuzzi was rather cold so we didn’t enjoy that. The beds also are very hard with very bad pillows if you need comfort. All in all for the price I would not return. I have stayed in much more high end locations in Zermatt with nicer hotel for much cheaper! I felt welcomed but when leaving the man on the desk did not seem very thankful for our business which left a bad taste for me!
