Location and nice clean room.
Mattresses were old and had a hollow in the center. The guy at the reception when we arrived, and the waitress at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The reception fellow in the morning was barely answering questions and certainly not a great example of Swiss hospitality...

Very clean apartment with a fantastic breakfast. Great location in Saas-fee, the staff were also very helpful. Spa was super.
The bed pillows could be better, very flat even with 2.

Exceeded our expectations on every account. Hotel Europa offers many perks worthy of a 4 or 5*, at a vey reasonable price. The spa is fabulous, there is a beautiful restaurant, and there even is a free taxi service to go around town. The staff was friendly and attentive too. Highly recommended.

very friendly staff. The day lifts were all shut it was good to have a good Spa.
We all enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant.

The family room set up was great. The kids room has a sliding door and it’s own bathroom for privacy. There was no fridge but we put our beverages on the porch so no issue. They had a nice breakfast and the spa was lovely (except the hot tub wasn’t very hot but that seems to be a Swiss thing). The ski storage room near the lifts was a nice perk. We brought our border collies and the dog fee was very reasonable and they had plenty of room.
To get to our room from the main hotel we had to walk through and unfinished basement. Not a big deal though and there were multiple entrances to our building anyway. I wish they ran a shuttle more frequently to the lift but it was a short enough walk.

Everything was perfect except for the bed. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The bed mattresses were a little dated, sunken in the middle.

Great breakfast. Great spa. Kids were allowed to use the spa.
We had a family room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The ski lifts are not very close, but the ski equipment can be left in the lockers closer to the slopes.
