This is a Swiss family operated small hotel. The owner of this hotel made effort to make our stay pleasant. We asked about the nearest coin operated laundry machines. The hotel owner is kind to do the laundry for us complementary. If you are looking for a Swiss Village accommodation experience, we highly recommend this family operated hotel. Moreover, this hotel is located about 10 minutes drive or about 15 minutes by bus to Glacier 3000 gondola station.

- Great location - Friendly staff - Lovely restaurant - very comfortable bed - stylish room - Charming chalet style
- The room was awfully soundproofed. We could hear the room above (kids crying / footsteps, etc.) extremely loudly in our room. - Expensive for what it is, guess you're paying a lot for the location.

Lovely hotel, great staff and really good value for money. Glacier 3000 is only a couple of minutes away and the hotel is so nice and quiet. The restaurant is also good

The rooms were excellent and the owner was brilliant, as he set breakfast 1 hour earlier. Would recommend this hotel for comfort, food in the restaurant and staff.

The room size was ok. The location was convenient for our purpose / trip destination. The staff felt friendly.
The toilet in the room was used by someone (urinated) and not flushed. It was very unpleasant. Also, there was a lot of dust on the floor in the room. One of the drawers had someone's tax-free envelopes with cashier bills from the year 2019 - it means that the cleaning staff did not empty those for the past two years. The breakfast also had some negative surprises: both milk and orange juice started fermenting/were spoiled.
