The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is included and absolutely delicious. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The location is great, especially with the views.

Location and quietness, even with our balcony door open all night it was very peaceful and relaxing.
Bathroom in general was dated and beds could be a little softer.

Nice and comfortable hotel in one of the most beautiful mountain villages of Switzerland , Grindenwald .
Almost at the end of main village street close to an historic church it has a traditional wood facade with white flowers planters.
The room was small but comfortable. Heat was running during the cold nights even we stayed there in August .
Breakfast was excellent . Dinning room and its terrace were facing an amazing mountain view .
Hotel gave us free public transportation and discounts to different attractions
The room carpet, furniture and bathroom were a little worn out but still functional.

Good breakfast. Room is spacious.
Location is a bit away from the train and cable car stations. Need to take a bus or walk 20 min. No receptionists after certain time in the evening.

The room is clean and cozy. The view is amazing with a cute balcony. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Also a outlet converter is there to be used, so thoughtful.
The breakfast is beautiful and tasty. Even salmon is provided. Everything is perfect and will come back again.
When we went to back to get out luggages. I asked the receptionist then for some hot water as my daughter is catching a cold but she just got some cold tap water with a straight face.

The hotel was close to the center, easy to reach and easy to go out. Quiet and absolutely great view from the balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Not much has been invested into modern rooms, so they feel a bit out of time. For the facilities, the price was incredibly high. But I guess that is the standard in Grindelwald.

The breakfast was amazing, tons of food and choices, really fresh, easy! Thank you! The room for us was perfect, huge, views in the skylights were second to none! Our party of 6 had tons of space to spread out. It was right next to the bus stop! The pictures online do not do this place justice! I would stay here again, for sure!
