The view of Eiger mountain from the room is magnificent, only adding to the overall great hotel experience. The SPA services are also worth special mentioning.

This hotel was both stunning inside and outside. The rooms were spacious, clean and had exceptional views. The hotel is located in the most beautiful part of town. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have fun in the Alps.

They are taking too much time to check me in and a lot of details, I arrived at 8:00 PM and i was too tired and they keep asking me and asking for a lot of questions and details!!??

This is clearly a family run hotel with the kind heart for customer as a friend with family in mind (and heart). The hotel culture brings the warmth in Christmas. An example is the hotel organized a Christmas eve event for the kids. Instead of just getting "presents", the hotel asked and try to know more about each kid, so the presents are tailored to the gender and age. The attention to details is impressive. As we checked out, the reception notice we will be travelling thus immediately offered drinking water and apples to keep our next journey comfortable. Rarely I have such experience.
If you are one that is looking at shops and restaurants besides the stay, there is a walk (around 5 to 10 minutes) towards the train station before shops and restaurants appears. It is also unfortunate the Michelin Starred restaurant is closed for winter. Truly like to enjoy a meal there.

Its even difficult to describe the view from the room because its like you are in Paradise and the view from the room its amazing like in moves . Local staff very gently and supportive , Breakfast excellent and very high quality and the people in the restaurant very supportive , of course room very big with all necessary accessories. very good service and great swimming pool , spa and sauna , Parking was free and close hotel and hotel location great as well

Overall, my stay at the hotel was fantastic the staff were professional, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was great.
However, the one major disappointment was breakfast. For five consecutive days, they served exactly the same menu without a single change. It became quite boring and frustrating after a while. During my 10-day trip, I stayed at another nearby hotel that was much cheaper their rooms weren’t as nice, but at least they offered variety in breakfast every morning.
Considering this hotel’s reputation, I honestly expected a better dining experience. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.
One more thing I want to mention while most of the staff were wonderful, there was one lady at the front desk who seemed rather unmotivated to help. I don’t know her name, but she spoke a little Italian,Also sounded bit like Russian or Ukraine. The first time, I asked her to share the Google Map coordinates of the hotel for my rental car company she responded we are not so advance, She was completely confused and responded quite unprofessionally. The next day, when I asked her for about a train station location, her attitude again felt cold and dismissive.
