Liked everything besides the parking. We arrived late at night and left right after breakfast but the price of the parking was 21 chf,would be nice if the parking would be included like at other properties.
Because we arrived late with kids, if they preaperd some basic meal for arrivals could upgrade our experience.

Disappointing
Even though I reached at the restaurant well before they close taking orders for A-la-carte menu, I was refused to order and was constantly told to go for the buffet option. I found this unreasonable and requested them as I did not see any valid reason behind the staff's offering. I am very disappointed with this behaviour as It was not even a policy matter for them.

Location and the staff were excellent.
Room was a bit tired - flaking paint on bathroom door and some of the walls had marks on. Minor points that didn’t affect our stay at all.

The corrider to our room had smelly carpets. The room carpets needs changing asap. Nobody to help with our luggage. We are old but we did have to manage ourselves.
The reception staff on the day we arrived on 7th sept evening had no customer service skill. I asked extra breakfast tea and a stool for me to have a shower because I have prothetic leg. The reply was a straight "No" They had know willingliness to help. I was told they had only lemon tea available. But the restaurant staff and morning staff on reception were very helpful.

Location was perfect for our stay with good tram connections to the airport.
We stayed on a Saturday night and hoped to grab a meal from the hotel,unfortunately they don't open Saturday nights and the outdoor seating was closed had to request that doors be opened to save a walk around from front door to back door seating area,they had 3 full bus loads in that night too,money going out the door.

The location was very convenient, close to airport and other amenities. The hotel was very clean and room was very nice and modern. Staff was very welcoming.
The housekeeping staff was reluctant in giving extra coffee pods and sugar, we were 3 people and they said they can only give 2 as there are 4 in room. Which was rude and also unacceptable as we wanted a couple cups of coffee in morning for everyone and would not have been able to do it with 4 pods only between evening and morning.
