Overall Hotel is good, breaskfast is best. Neat and clean.
2 issues i noted. One is air conditioning.. our family room AC was nit sufficient for 2 kids and 2 adults. I think it's poorly designed. Second the hotel doesn't have room iron. U have to go to 7th floor to iron room that is bit awkward. Its doesn't suit brand like Novotel.

Amazing location! Quick 9 mins from airport to the hotel on the tram. Tram is right in front of the hotel. Takes you all the way down to old town and tourist areas. Sofa bed was uncomfortable however, real

Location.. It’s just 4 stops away from airport and similarly a few stops away from Zurich HB. The room has everything you need coffee/tea and water and they give a new one daily. The staff is nice.

Free fresh water at the lobby. There was a mistake in the reservation and they immediately responded and upgraded the room.. nice staff.
Some minutes away from the centre. You need to pay around 20€ for the parking..

The hotel is around 5 minutes travel from the airport via tram. The tram station is right in front. Breakfast was very good. There was 4 of us; 2 adults and 2 kids, the room was big enough for us.
The room was dusty. Nobody answered when we called for room service. We're not big/tall people yet the hallway feels small.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The hotel's location was excellent and convenient.
Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The location is just 10 minutes from the airport. A good breakfast
The restaurant was closed on Saturday night and we were not informed of it beforehand. There was only one chair (an armchair) in the room and when we asked housekeeping to provide us with an extra chair, they flatly refused, saying "this is the standard". The minibar in the room is not stocked

The best thing about the property is location. You take tram right outside of the terminal, ride a few stops and the hotel is right behind the station. You simply roll your luggages to the entrance. There are shops and restaurants around but it’s also a quite neighbourhood. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Rooms were spacy enough. There was complimentary coffee/tea and water. The price was the best compared to the other options around.

Nice clean hotel right by the tram line to go into the city 10/12 (takes about 30 mins) or to the airport 10/12 lone, takes about 9 minutes.. You could store your luggage before check-in. Overall good experience.

The bus line is right next to the hotel, which was great. We only use the Switzerland transportation system while there. No need to rent a car! A Coop market is close by along with a few restaurants.

We liked everything about this hotel. It was quiet, clean, well-decorated, comfortable... We kept looking around and saying "this is my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at." The check-in kiosk was so quick and efficient. The tram station is impeccably convenient. If we ever find ourselves accidentally in Zurich needing a last minute hotel again, we'd stay here no question. Actually, we might come back to Zurich just to stay here again.

Breakfast was decent with a fair amount of options. A large group got there ahead of us, so we had to wait 15-20 minutes to get food. Keep that in mind when scheduling your plans also, you will need to pay for parking. I believe it was 21 CHF for the night.
Include breakfast and parking in the price. Don't charge for every little thing. Other than that it was fine.
