Very convenient location! It was very clean! Good selection of breakfast! A lot of souvenirs shops near by! And big supermarket just across the street.

In the refrigerator there was a box of cherry tomatoes left by customers before us !

Nothing - except that this was town center
Parking is quite far and public parking - only validated by hotel for a fee (during booking it said parking available..)
Bad person at the reception, very rude and unhelpful; Dont know his name unfortunately - big built person.
My room door was 1 ft wide - it was like entering a store room/dirty room.
Lifts are very small and poor quality
No help available at all.
All in all, worst of my hotel stay experiences to-date

Everything was excellent — the cleanliness, location, and staff were all great.
The only thing was that, the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough during the night, which is an important factor for me and my family’s comfort. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so I hope it can be improved in the future.

Location was perfect. About 4 minute walk from the train station across the street. Most efficient way to arrive/depart to the airport - 10 minute ride one stop away vs 25 minute taxi. A 10 minute walk to lakeside. Onsite lounge and restaurant were also very convenient. Got the basic room for two and it was extremely comfortable for our 3 night stay. Included robes and slippers and a room safe. Highly recommended

First of all , our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time !
Imagine arriving with a tired hungry one year old who needs a change also and they simply tell me your room is not ready. I speak to the reception on how is this not acceptable , she shrugged and said we are fully booked and this is how it is
I’ve been to 4 star hotels and 3 stars even no one ever replied in this way !
I then asked to check out early and if they can refund us the two nights , she said i can fully refund one night and i agreed !
I come home to find NO REFUND IS GIVEN despite our agreement ! They refund me 30 pound on a 200 pound a night
So not only they gave me a bad service but also dishonest about our agreement and booking.com also ignored my several emails so even the application provided an unacceptable customer service

The location was great. We had to be at the airport early. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Excellent sound-proofing, so it was quiet. The restaurant was excellent.
There was a slight musty smell in the hallway. However, the room was fine.
