Great location as we were coming in and out by train. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast and we had a penthouse room with a fantastic balcony and view. Bed was comfortable.
We booked the penthouse floor as a treat and unfortunately we were right near the elevator but regardless of that the guests coming up and down and back up, slamming doors in groups speaking and laughing loudly back and forth in the corridor at all hours of the morning then partying and dragging furniture and slamming doors out on their terraces next to us meant we had 2 nights of little sleep…☹️ it’s a shame that floor seems like a party floor more than a quiet luxury retreat.

Location was great for the station and airport. It was also walking distance to and from the Lake and the Old Town . The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. I was pleased it had various plug sockets for charging electrical appliances.

Fantastic location
2 min away from Geneva Corning station.
Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping places.
Staff at the checkin time was very nice and professional.
Stayed in the penthouse which is the most expensive category at the hotel, and the bed was broken and uncomfortable.
At the checkin out time the lady at the reception was so snobby. Requested luggage pickup from the room and she said ok and then completely ignored us had to bring my luggage on my own, up on asking again she said the bellboy is not available.

Staff were helpful, location good and food was OK.
Unfortunately the room was too hot to sleep comfortably with the the window closed, but too noisy to sleep well with the window shut. I tried to lower the temperature by adjusting the air conditioning but I did not succeed.

The location is good, walking distance to the city center and just across the train station which makes it very comfortable to get to and from the airport. The hotel was very clean, with good housekeeping. Pleasant staff.
The rooms could use a bit of a renovation —some of the furniture and fixtures like taps and switches in the bathrooms feel a bit outdated. Some changes would really make a difference.

Excellent stay at Warwick Geneva. Located next to the main station allowing easy access to public transport. Room was clean and quiet at night (we had an alley facing room) with no sound from the nearby station. Beds were comfortable and pillow selection menu was a plus.
During our stay, the weather was cold in Geneva so the room AC was disabled as per hotel feedback (local law). The problem is lack of air circulation in the room with the only option to open the window, but there was no fly screen so some insects make their way into the room at night.
