Close to airport terminal
It has been in construction for a while, confusing to access. Swimming Pool is advertised on amenities and that’s why I booked ut so kids can swim before long flight. But pool actually not available. There is a line somewhere on the booking page way down sayin so and I missed it. HVAC does not work well, it was very hot in entire hotel. Priced too high for a hotel under construction with limited amenities. We will go somewhere else next time.

There was a free bus to the airport
The pool that was marketed was closed for 6 months.
There was not milk in the rooms for the tea or coffee.
The halls were littered with the same room service trays throughout my stay.

Loved this place! Hotel provided a shuttle to get to airport. Property was updated, stylish, quiet, comfortable and priced right. Will stay again when in Geneva for the night.

Size of the room
It should be rates as 3 stars . The service was very standard. They don’t have all the 5 amenities.
The attitude of the reception when we ask for late checkout of one hour extra , coz we have children and we have a senior handicap. She refused to give us late checkout ! We said we have 3 rooms we need it . She said only one room, she didn’t consider the children and handicap situation!

Excellent range of products - cooked products ?patisserie ?- fruit juices fresh and coffee/ tea stations great .. also seating areas much appreciated - also thanks to Andres for his super guidance on check in and help with luggage transfer on arrival .
Dinners in l’Olivio excellent with super service from Roger and Maeva- and great quality products .. chapeau ?

The rooms were adequate.
the service of the reception staff and the general culture of the company is quote poor; they are look for every opportunity to charge clients. For example, requesting an early check-in (even when rooms are available) will cost you half of a full night's booking. This is not customer friendly nor does it accomodate international travellers who arrive early due to flights.
