The stay itself was fine, but unfortunately, I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to obtain an invoice, which I urgently need for my travel insurance claim. I contacted the property multiple times through Booking.com and via personal email. At first, I received a message saying the invoice had been sent, but I never received it. I suspect they used the wrong email address, so I followed up with the correct one and requested to add an adresss — but this message was completely ignored. I also tried reaching out directly to the front desk using the email address I found online, but again, I received no response. It’s been days, and I still haven’t gotten the invoice. This lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing, especially since this document is important for post-travel matters.

Size of the room
It should be rates as 3 stars . The service was very standard. They don’t have all the 5 amenities. The attitude of the reception when we ask for late checkout of one hour extra , coz we have children and we have a senior handicap. She refused to give us late checkout ! We said we have 3 rooms we need it . She said only one room, she didn’t consider the children and handicap situation!

Close to the fair, spacious room, one room maid extremely efficient and kind
Breakfast: 33 CHF for hard eggs Benedict, no fresh Bircher, chocolate, honey, Joghurt only in plastic - way too expensive. Last full day, room maid took MY personal spoon, did not get it back, I had to ask for new coffee capsules. Food selection in the restaurant very small, but good - over all, Hilton has lost a lot of reputation in my opinion - has been better in the past!
