The gym was amazing! Had such a great workout there, it was clean and big, had so much equipment and weights and very spacious. Im a PT so this was perfect.
Also the shuttle to and from the hotel was perfect, came on time, located literally 2 minutes from the hotel, left the hotel at 9am for my 9:55am flight and got there in perfect timing. (wouldnt recommend just incase of traffic or long security checks)
Room service was really nice the burgers tasted really nice, I did however ask for well done and they came very pink inside which was a bit off putting but the parts I was able to eat tasted great
Showers aswell, amazing
The breakfast wasnt amazing. For the Hilton I definitely expected better, the pancakes tasted very dry and cardboard like, the scrambled eggs were very wet. The fruit selection and herbal teas were nice though.
The carpet in our room looked like it had been through a lot, didnt feel like I could make myself at home or walk around without shoes/socks on, because it just looks dirty and stained
We also paid a 200 CHF deposit on arrival, ended up getting room service a few times and charging it too the room, as we knew we wasnt breaking anything. The total came up to 279 CHF, so would have expected to pay the additional 79CHF on departure as they had already taken the 200 deposit out of my bank account. Instead the receptionist made me pay the full 279CHF on-top of the 200CHF that they already took and said that my 200CHF deposit will get released back into my account straight away, however Ive taken a flight back home and gone through the day and the deposit still hasnt returned. Was just a bit confused why you would need to take the full 279CHF when you already have 200CHF of my money.
