The morning and evening staff were very nice.
The room had a bad smell, the rug was dirty and dusty.
At night the WiFi did not work and the guy at the desk told us he can’t help and that if we want we can leave a bad review. Disappointing.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Sagitta. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake and close to the old town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The kitchenette was very handy for cooking a meal or two, and the in-room coffee machine was a thoughtful touch (though I’d recommend bringing extra Nespresso pods if you’re a coffee lover).
The hotel was quiet, and we especially appreciated the hot shower with strong water pressure, as well as the fresh towels provided daily. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Overall, Hotel Sagitta is a charming and convenient place to stay in Geneva with helpful staff, comfortable amenities, and a fantastic location. With a few improvements, it could be perfect.
There were, however, a couple of downsides. When booking, the listing on Booking.com suggested that twin beds were available, but on arrival, we were told this wasn’t possible. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it did put us off slightly. Additionally, while we booked a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of smoke when we first arrived. To their credit, the staff provided a dehumidifier for two days, which did clear the smell.

Private getaway minutes away from Nafplio city center. Impeccable aesthetics! Great little pool. The owners made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything that we need. Close to many major archeological sites (Mycenae, Epidaurus etc) The ancient ruins of Tyrins just minutes away.

It was not clean. I found a booger on the bathroom curtain!! And there is no free parking. They only have limited spaces of parking and the spaces are only given by reservation and they did not tell us that earlier in the booking. They said there is parking but when we came in, we didn’t find any parking, even though there were empty spaces outside the reception lady insisted that we cannot have these spaces and we need to move the car because they were reserved by other guests For your information. The spaces are limited so it’s only six spaces and there’s over 70 rooms in the building so the chances of you getting a parking space are slim to none. They gave us a discount to a parking lot nearby, but the discount can only be operated through an individual a person which did not exist in the parking lot so we did not get the discount. I highly emphasize that the rooms were not clean. You have clean sheets, but you can clearly see there were spots on the floor that were not clean. Honestly, the booger in the bathroom is what really threw me off.

The location was great. The staff is super friendly and having the front desk staffed 24/7 was super helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

The apartment was great for 3 adults. The kitchen area was helpful because restaurants are expensive! They cleaned our room well every day even if we didn’t get going until the afternoon. Good location near tram stop.
The high step into the shower was kind of dicey.

Wonderful
The hotel is centrally located, with easy and close access to public transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very good.
I had to purchase a plug adapter for CHF10 - the hotel sells them, but does not provide them for free on loan to guests.
