Beautiful hotel, reception staff and concierge very professional and helpful. Our room was really big and had everything we needed. Location was fantastic as was the public transport. Short walk to the Xmas market and train station, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants in the area.
On one occasion we decided to go for a drink in the bar but to our utter embarrassment we were quickly ushered out and told to sit in another area, the waitress gave us a drink menu then proceeded to attend to the guests in the Le Braz area leaving us there twiddling our thumbs, after a while we got up and left.
On the morning we were leaving a male member of staff entered our room with his room key without knocking, he quickly closed the door and left when he realised we were still in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, it was comfy and clean. The staff were all wonderful and it was very quiet at night. Excellently placed to get to the international organizations - all you have to do is walk out the front door and catch the tram three stops!
It is a bit dated and there were water marks on the furniture. I didn’t realize the red light district was so close and it didn’t feel safe to walk around the area (the street it is on is fine though).

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect — close to everything, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is like being in Times Square- convenient but two blocks away you see in-reputable crowd. Not for families. Did not expect Geneva to have that kind of crowd after 10pm on a Friday.
