Very convenient location near the station, yet very quiet rooms. The room had a classic feel but was also well maintained and clean. I got an upgrade and was really happy with the size of the room.
Nothing to complain really. I prefer breakfast rooms with natural light, but even without it was perfectly fine.

2 things … would expect 2 things to be really better, the shower and the breakfast. A shower on the bathtub is really not suitable anymore these days. The breakfast really too poor compared to the overall quality of everything else

The hotel has an excellent location, close to Cornavin train station, tram stops, and the lake. There is also a supermarket, restaurants, and cafés nearby, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is also quiet and comfortable. Some of the staff were very helpful, especially when explaining the city map and how to use the tram. I appreciated their assistance.
Unfortunately, I did not receive the warm welcome and friendly smile I usually expect from hotel reception staff. At check-in, the receptionist initially requested a CHF 1,000 deposit. She then said she could reduce it to CHF 500. When I asked to speak to the manager, the amount was changed to CHF 200. I did not appreciate this experience, as it felt inconsistent and unprofessional. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room cleaning also needs improvement. The floor was not properly swept or mopped during housekeeping. The breakfast experience was below average. For CHF 35, you can find a better breakfast experience outside the hotel. In addition, some of the restaurant staff lacked a welcoming smile, which made the dining experience feel less pleasant.

Room was small but nicely fitted. Some train noise on the rear facing room. Lake is withtin easy walking distance, albeit the direct route does take you past a small red light district. This didn't feel threatening though.
New towels forgotten one day, and cleaner left cleaning cloths in room another day.
