It was clean and close to the train station and city center
Room and pictures on the website did not match. Room was too small and wifi connection not working properly. Bathroom door had no lock door. Neighborhood was not family friendly at night.

Convenient location with easy access to the train station, lake and city center. The apartment was clean, functional and had everything needed for a short stay. Overall stay was comfortable.

The location is great - close to the train station, grocery stores, and restaurants. It has a small kitchen, which is convenient for having a small meal. The room is cleaned and fully functioning.
There's noise from the street very early in the morning. The cleaning personnel came and cleaned our room despite having the don't disturb sign.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Geneva station and very close to the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself was in very good condition, well-maintained, clean, and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. All utilities worked perfectly, including a reliable internet connection, and the building has an elevator which was very practical. The staff were helpful, although it is important to note that check-in is first done at Novotel before accessing the apartment. Overall, a great choice for both location and comfort.
There was no stove available for cooking or boiling, and the eating appliances were limited. At night, especially on weekends, it can get noisy from people outside, which may disturb light sleepers.

Even though its close to the transportation, It's not in the safest neighborhood. However, people around didn't really care about us, unless you're alone i dont think it'd be a problem.

Great location, close to the lake and shops. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a home-like stay.
It was a bit cold in the room during the winter season, but it wasn’t really a problem compared to all the other advantages.

It was in the middle of the red light district. It was a bit scary walking late at night. A lot of ladies for hire around the area

It was not too far from the train and there are some restaurants and supermarkets within several minutes. The room was big enough for 2 people for just 1 night and also there was a small kitchen.
The reception was located a block away and a bit not convenient during a raining day.

Clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was clean, but did not contain cleaning utensils. Access to halal food was very convenient. Transportation (bus, rail or train) was free and easy to access.
The kitchen door was slightly stuck. They should install a power outlet at both bedside tables. Internets sometime slow down and unreliable.
