The staff very helpful and courteous. For the parking lot you have to go into the shopping center car park to level 2 and there's parking at the entrance.
No instructions for parking lot in advance.

It was close to a mall
Everything else. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, no butlers to help with your luggage, a lot of people smoking and loitering in front of the hotel, feels unsafe in general because of the loitering, taxis are mostly unable to get in to the arena so be prepared to walk 5 mins to get your uber. The place is far out of town so be prepared to spend a lot of money on Ubers to the airport, city center, downtown and pretty much anywhere!

Clean rooms and decently affordable for Geneva. Travel pass included made it even more worth it. Not super centrally located to explore the city by foot but with easy access to public transportation it didn’t really matter. Easy to take the train for day trips around Switzerland and easy bus access to explore all of Geneva.

The room was very comfortable and the staff, overall, were very polite and helpful.
The air conditioning in my room needed some work to make it function properly. Maybe, I wasn't able to figure it out but other than this, the stay was great, overall.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it has direct bus connectivity to both the airport and the city centre. Another advantage is that it is right next to La Praille Mall, which makes shopping and dining very easy. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it is a very good hotel for couples as well as families, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva.
The breakfast quality and taste were good, but the menu could be more varied. It became a little boring to have almost the same items every day. A better variety in the breakfast options would make the stay even more enjoyable.

The location was very good, the bus number 23 goes to airport directly within 30minutes and the bus number 80 goes to city center within 10-15min. The bus stops were right outside the hotel. The staff was very nice. Also the hotel gives you the free transport card before arriving so you can use to go to the hotel without any problem.
There was no fridge and slipers. And the hotel takes 150fr deposit when doing check in.

The room was clean, comfortable and secure (even when taking the stairs, you have to scan your keycard). It's located next to Stade de Genève, so if you're in town during an event held there, it's perfect--there's a shopping mall next door as well. If you need to get downtown, there are public transit options within walking distance.
