Location is good and near to the most important point of Geneva.
Atmosphere and rooms (junior suit) was magnifique ?? with balcony

rooms are small even the lake view one
I didn’t get any of the offers the upgrade they said the room you booked is lake view and the next one is the suite and we can’t give this upgrade and for the 15% discount on food they said it doesn’t work on breakfast

Excellent service, thoughtful and received an upgrade which is always a pleasant surprise after a tiring journey. Enjoyed the terrace and amenities such as the gym.

The staff were very friendly and even offered us free drinks while the elevator was being fixed. The location isn’t right in the city center, but it’s in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many places. The hotel has a funky vibe, and the lobby’s theme and decorations are really nice.
The TV wasn’t a smart one, and although breakfast had a good variety, the taste wasn’t great and nothing was cooked to order. The price is on the higher side, but overall, nothing major to complain about.

Room is equipped by Bidet which is very rare in Europe but it is really an amazing idea.

Place is very well appointed, staff is pro and helpful, esp. Paolo. Furthermore, , the hôtel is located just a block away from the Butini tram station, Finwick Bar, and an Anytime gym.
The A/C wasn't working in October. I slept with the windows open. That's ik in the Fall, but wouldn't be fun in the Summer.

It was clean and the location was good.
I was so disappointed with this hotel - I would definitely not recommend staying here. First of all, that photograph in the pictures is a private suite... there is not rooftop for anyone else in the hotel.
But the worst part of the stay was that my room was incredibly stuffy and warm even though it was cold outside! Two staff members came to check it out, agreed it was unbearable, and recommended asking reception for help, and reception told me that all they could do was bring in a fan.
They said that since there were no available rooms similar to the one I booked, there was nothing else they could do - I was shocked they wouldn't just give me a bigger room given the discomfort of the original. They then agreed to move me into a similar, different room the following morning, so I packed all my things so the staff could shift them over as agreed - and once I got home at night, I found out they hadn't done so. By that point, all the rooms were taken again, meaning I couldn't relocate. I was working the entire week so coming home to a stuffy, warm hotel room exhausted was brutal.
My shower was also broken, and you could only shower with the lower faucet as opposed to the actual shower head. Overall, not a pleasant stay.
