The staff here are exceptional. No request or query was too big or too small. Everyone provided service with a smile and went the extra mile. I think this is also a reflectiion of leadership from above. Honestly, I will return just for this! The room we had (Premium) was great. Very comfortable. Spacious enough. The coffee table and sofa were a bonus (amazing how comfortable it makes a room). Coffee machine + generous supply of coffee pods (able to ask for top up). The hotel is funky (art works, high end guitar exhibits,) light and airy. Cosy bar. Location is excellent (only a 5 minute walk to the main tram line (plus buses) that takes you to the centre of the city activity (which I assume is Coravin (railway station also here) area). Lake is a stones' throw There are many dining options locally and some iconic pubs. This is a really great place to stay

Great location within walking distance of the UN, the lake, and the train station. It's close to restaurants in the Pâquis area and well-connected to public transportation. I liked the interesting, artsy design. The room was spotlessly clean. Though it lacked blackout curtains, making it quite bright at night. The beds were also a bit too soft and bouncy for my taste, but still comfortable. The hotel has a good gym and breakfast with GF options.

Clean and spacious rooms with some great additional amenities. The restocked shower gels and shampoos and the coffee machine with nespresso capsules were a nice touch.
Water was stocked once throughout the stay in the fridge, even though you can drink from the tap it was just a small detail that I thought could be added, along with some other selections of juice or beverages in the fridge.

Location is close to lake Geneva. We just walked around the hotel to get to it.

Late making up rooms - arrived back 530pm to get ready for dinner and room was only just being cleaned. reception said they have until 6pm to do rooms and offered no apology or acknowledgment this wasn’t ideal!

Art in the building was wonderful, the bar and restaurant staff was excellent.
We had one of the rooms with a terrace and it was still pretty small. We didn’t end up with our tragical rooms due to a guest smoking in the rooms, not the hotels fault but still frustrating.
