It was clean and the staff where great
It was a bit noisy as on the main road and it was next door to a hostel and it was in a bit of a rough area Also the air con didn’t work and the beds weren’t that comfortable Breakfast was very expensive for the quality and choice

Service from Staff. IN particular Marie who served at breakfast and also lunch time. Also people at reception were great. Specially Sebastian (check in) , Carolina (?) from Colombia helped me with restaurant booking and a very nice young lady who worked until 14:47 on Thursday 27 November whose name unfortunately I forgot now. She did my check out.
THe gym could be a bit better for a modern hotel with a lot of young executives as guests

The staff are amazing and the facility is clean The breakfast is great and include some halal vairiablities that I did not see any other place The location ia closed to everything
I was not provided any information on the facility of the hotel like swimming pool or gym and I did not know about some facility untill 2 or 3 days are past The house keeping service never added water bottle even once after cleaning the room

The location is perfect.
At check in when i tried to check in about 2 hrs earlier than the specified checking in time (3:00pm) I was told that no i can’t do that unless i paid an extra fee which is extremely weird to me because normally this is done normally as a term of good hospitality in the decent hotels . While noting that i was there with my wife and my crying 8 month baby , but the lady at the check in didn’t seem to care specially the lady (Meryam) at the reception, who didn’t treat us with the hospitality we anticipated .

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were superb and the hotel haS a very sociable bar. We ate in restaurant one evening; the waiter worked incredibly hard!
Very little. This really is a good hotel. However the restaurant menu is really much too limited. for any hotel let alone one of this standard. It was also evident that the restaurant was very understaffed; only one waiter to serve the whole restaurant. The poor waiter was literally running between kitchen and tables, and worked way too hard to ensure comfortable service.
