Wonderful
Clean hotel with a great location. The staff were friendly, especially Katalina, who was very kind and helpful. I also appreciated having a bidet spray in the bathroom. Highly recommended.
There were no toothbrushes or slippers in the room.

Location
I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Geneva, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After a long flight, the check-in process took an extremely long time even though I already had my booking confirmation. The staff explained that there was an issue in their system where guest names were mixed up with different reservations. I understand that technical problems can happen, but I was very tired and had to wait a long time without any apology from the staff. I was not even offered water while waiting. I was also unhappy with the cleanliness of the room amenities. The slippers did not look clean as shown in the pictures, which made me feel uncomfortable about using the towels and other items in the room. In addition, when I asked to borrow a travel adaptor, I was told I needed to leave a 50 CHF deposit. In most hotels, adaptors are usually provided free of charge for guests, so this felt unusual and inconvenient. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

Location, spacious rooms
The staff of N’v Y was so good but we were relocated to a sister hotel Royal hotel The reception was so unsupportive, we had two rooms with extremely high price and we asked for a free late check out for one room only till 2 pm they refused and said if u pay we can when I asked for only one hour they said no we are over booked I said how come then if we pay we can be given that !! I asked to speak with the manager then a receptionist guy named Antonino reclaimed he is the manager and was so rude !!! Despite I told him we have two rooms and with the children we need one hour only !!!

Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet. Close to the lake, many great restaurants nearby. I'd stay again.
I would skip the restaurant for dinner. Service was poor. There are many better options within walking distance.

The location is excellent, the staff really friendly and helpful and the general ambiance of the hotel is great.
I was in a studio room and the kitchen facilities are basically built into a closet so very compact. The room was also very warm, possibly made worse by 2 fridges kicking out excess heat and the aircon being underpowered and switched off during the day. I feel the carpet flooring could do with a steam clean too.

Very clean, spacious bedroom and great bathroom. Don’t need to pack any toiletries as had everything you need including body lotion. Fun and artsy decor. You also get 15% off food and drink which is a nice addition,
It took us an extra walk around to find the place.

Hospitality. Cleanliness. Friendliness. They had a bidet. Shoutout to Mr. Richard at the front desk for making our stay extra special. Truly wonderful person. It was my first time in Geneva and he made it an unforgettable memory.
