The double beds were comfy and its a short walk to the Christmas market.
The lifts to the rooms were tiny, and it's weird to have the toilet without a wash basin that was separated from the main bathroom.

Location, staff, cleanliness were all very good
Toilet separates the bathroom, how are you supposed to wash your hands, very inconvenient. Steam room also not very good.

The lady at reception upon check-in was polite and helpful.
I was assigned a twin bed as a solo traveler, I expected a king. The shower size was very small.
