Excellent location, modern rooms, kind staff, great breakfast.
Caution with the neighborhood at bar close. I felt safe during the day and evening (really it was the perfect location) with no concern; however, one should be careful around midnight and after due to the characters on the streets. Characters included prostitutes, drug dealers, and I was clearly followed by hooded men for about a block, who stopped and waited until the desk worker let me into the hotel. With that said, I would not let that interfere with future bookings, I will just be more aware of timing for which I come and go from the hotel.

I stayed at Novotel Genève Centre, which is perfectly located in the heart of Geneva. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the hotel is extremely clean. However, I found the room a bit simple for a hotel of this level, especially the bed linen, which was a little disappointing. That said, the staff were truly outstanding, very professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their kindness and professionalism were definitely the highlight of my stay.

Classic hotel with all amenities available. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Underground parking available at discount rate. Lake Geneva in walkable distance. Easy car drive to airport.
Neighborhood is iffy the least. Would not recommend for solo traveler. Restaurants in close proximity did not look inviting for a family.

The room Superior Room with Two Double Beds was better than we expected. The beds were the best among the hotels we've stayed at across our stay within the EU. Staff were friendly, this was the only hotel that offered to bring up our luggage, and had a separate toilet enclosure. We didn't get the breakfast option as the neighborhood had very good options for food. Public transportation is accessible by walking a bit from the hotel.
There is nothing to dislike about the place maybe aside from your personal preferences for the bathroom.

Nothing, delays in every service you request and dirty hotel
The bed sheets and duvet smelled badly, they even encourage the no clean policy to save water which shouldn’t be done in a hotel like that.
We also request the bags to be delivered from and to our rooms and they were 30 minutes late so we had to take our own bags which were plenty.

Very clean room. Spacious enough for family of 4 with 2 teenagers.
Central location in downtown Geneva, 5 min walk from lake Leman.
Breakfast available on site.
Clogged shower drain.
Extremely tight parking spots. Usable, but excellent driving skills are mandatory.
2 corner streets away from the red district, which was a surprise. Felt safe at all times, but must be ready to answer lots of questions if travelling with kids.
Very pricey for one night stay, but guess it goes with the currency exchange rate, the central location, and the country.
Staff were helpful, but not excessively friendly. Insisted twice to add breakfast to the room charge, which we refused. Wanted to keep our options open. Parking ticket needs validation before exit and given the change in staff, we were almost charged twice for parking. Had to tell them it had already been paid, for them to check.

Room decoration, feels you are in a hospital with a complete white walls and white lambs! Very weird hotel room design!
