The room was very spacious and breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Location was also really good, near the lake and not too far from the UN, about a 3 km walk.
The sanitary bags were not replenished during house keeping, even though they had been used, which made up for a small inconvenience. Would be good if housekeeping could pay attention to those small details. other than that all good.

The bathroom was modern and beautiful, nice big windows, and great size beds and hotel size. Shower water pressure was great and facility was very clean. The building was clean as well and centrally located to the waterfront, train station, restaurants, old town etc.
The elevators were quite tiny for a family of 4 with luggage. More than once we had to take multiple elevators and they were a bit finicky with the key card. We also wanted to use the sauna and it wasn't operating the hours we wanted to use it.

Great location - we walked all over Geneva with 3 kids and the hotel was in the right spot. The breakfast may have been the best hotel breakfast we ever had.

Places around were not the nicest. Especially if you plan to travel with a family.

Centrally located with lots of amenities including a great small bar / restaurant with a knowledgeable sommelier. The front desk staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.
It was slightly unclear where to park for unloading but we managed to have one of us check in while the other waited with car.

We stayed there during Christmas time so The location was great especially that the Christmas market was a 5 minute walk away, which we enjoyed very much.
Since it was winter time there was no AC only the heater was on which is understandable but in my situation it was really hot even with the heater turned off otherwise everything was great.
