If you don't speak the language staff may ignore you like what happened with me I asked about taking an umbrella and didn't get a clear answer from the staff member.

Quick and efficient check in; large and comfortable room with a good shower stall.
Lack of shuttle service to airport at 5 am, which meant we had to hire a taxi at 40 CHF for a very short trip.

The room was very nice and comfortable and the location to get to the airport was perfect. We appreciated the shuttle service to and from the Hotel.
My only negative was the breakfast, I have a lactose deficiency which limits my choices for breakfast. it would have been nice if the oatmeal offered was cook in advance. I had to ask one of the servers if they could microwave the oatmeal as that was about the only thing I could eat with some fruit.

Nice size room and very clean. We checked two other hotels before settling on this one. We were worried first as it is next to airport but it was super easy to take the tram to the city and arrive in 15 min. Very nice staff. Good All Day Dining Restaurant downstairs with many vegan options. We used the shuttle bus to the airport for free.

The front desk gave a room key to someone else checking in after us and we literally walked out of our room and they walked into our room with all of our personal items inside. They passed us in the hallway on our floor and told us downstairs when they found us to tell us what had happened. The front desk offered to refund he night because of the incidence but never did. I am still waiting for my refund. This was a gross mistake made by the front desk. Send my refund as promised.

Breakfast and food in restaurant were very good. Front desk staff was very helpful with travel recommendations and assistance.
Room was very hot and air conditioning did not work. It had been turned off for the season.

Not exactly central to Geneva, but close to bus and tram lines. Easy to drive to. Got a small suite and it was a decent size. Clean.

I liked the hotel's proximity to the airport and the walkability to stores/restaurants. It was an easy drive and plenty of parking. I like the room - it was a great value for the price. The staff was friendly and welcoming and helped get me started on my Geneva adventure.
