The room was spotless and extremely comfy. The hotel is situated right next to the airport so the shuttle bus to and fro from the hotel was extremely handy. Staff were friendly too.
Breakfast could have had a few more options, there was an ordered hot breakfast but the range of options could have been more expansive. The breakfast that was there was delicious though.

good clean and comfortable hotel with excellent shuttle service to airport
they also allow for luggage storage and check out and check in time are more convenient
very difficult to get extra sugar and creamer in room . restaurant can have more variety

The room was excellent and very comfortable. There was plenty of power outlets and recharging points for laptop and mobile phones. Air conditioning was also good.
The shower stand could not be fixed in its high position and air extraction did not work. We came to terms with that, but both issues need to be fixed and it did not happen during our stay.

Best hotel that we stayed in during our summer Swiss trip covering Zurich, Bern, Lausanne, Vevey and Geneva. The staff from the front desk, breakfast area and shuttle services were well trained in customer service. Had a wonderful customer experience, will definitely come back and recommend NH Geneva Airport Hotel to friends and family.
It seemed to take us forever to be picked up from the airport by the shuttle service. Had an octogenarian with me. The shuttle did arrive though. Patience is a virtue.

Friendly staff, quick check in and very good sized room for 3 people. The hotel is convenient to airport, excellent for early departures. Amazingly quiet given proximity to airport.
We had booked because there was a shuttle for the airport but we had to leave early at 5AM and there was no shuttle available. The shuttle is very small, so when we arrived a the airport there were already a few people ahead of us. You might have to wait longer for another shuttle if it is full or grab a taxi. Also, there was a food tray outside a room next door to ours from when we arrived at 4PM to the next morning when we left at 5AM. 12 hours is a long time and should have been picked up.
