Wonderful
I personally loved the breakfast buffet. It was probably one of the best selection I have had, which was very unexpected for an airport hotel. The freshness, including side dishes comprised of omelets, wraps, and desserts. The drink offering also exceeded my expectations. The eating area additionally was very lovely and all the servers offered greetings. I would definitely return for this.
The mug in my room was dirty, which put me off, though everything else was clean. The gym was also quite small. One point that I hope they have improved by now is the room service timings. What used to be 24 hours has recently changed and not been updated on their platforms or signs. This was disappointing to discover and inconvenient for guests arriving at odd hours, especially in Switzerland, where restaurants close quite early. Thank you to Uber Eats.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. Excellent customer service.
The room was too hot with no way to cool it down. The hotel is close to the airport, so if we opened the window to let in cooler air, it also brought in the loud sounds of airplanes taking off.

Good location, very close to tram stop (ideal for visiting CERN and into the centre of Geneva). There is a regular shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel (they even arranged an early shuttle for our early flight). A transport card is provided for the duration of your stay. Free arrival drinks and snacks in reception. A warm welcome and very helpful staff. Room was a good size. Everything worked well. The restaurant is very good. We didn’t find it much more expensive than in central Geneva. Service and food are very good. We didn’t have the breakfast, we bought our own breakfast items (there is a small fridge in the room). The hairdryer is very good and the toiletries in the bathroom are good too. There is a park nearby but there was no time to explore it.
The room was a little warm and if you open the window you can hear the planes.

Aircon issues (room hot). Reception staff advised due to only just changing over to cooling. We were given an oscillating fan which helped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I especially appreciated the free travel card I was provided with for free public transport by the reception staff. The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in, I travel frequently and can't praise this bed/pillow combination enough!!! The location of the hotel was perfect for me, near to Cern, Geneva, and the bus and tram services AND the airport. The free airport shuttle was so handy and I was the only one on it!
The inside of the lifts was old and dated compared to the rest of the hotel which has obviously been recently refurbished and was lovely. The choice for breakfast was limited but tasty
