2 Night staff at reception desk on Nov 17 were very helpful in trying to resolve my computer issues. Thank you very much.
Room 118 was clean, yet stuffy and almost smelled like smoke. Consider opening windows and airing out the room during cleaning.
Location of shuttle was not made clear by staff. Just say the bench under the big sign.
The different sections of the facility was confusing with round building, "Praktix" and rectangular hotel. Initially I went to the "suite" hotel right off the street, to find out I was in a different building.

cleanliness is well maintained
I was shocked that the package did not include breakfast meanwhile during booking it was all inclusive
There were also hidden costs such as city tax which apparently is only communicated upon arrival

Shuttle was fast and efficient, reception was friendly, room was all set. Bartender was super nice. The club sandwich I ordered was delicious.
The room smelt of smoke but not cigarette smoke, it was like the smell when there are forest fires in the area but this was late October so not sure what that was about.

It has a shuttle to the airport, which is necessary due to the highway in between. It is close to an excellent restaurant, La Gioconda. The room was very comfortable.
I could hear the airplanes taking off, so not entirely soundproof, but not bad. The restaurant has very bad reviews, so I avoided it.
