The room was comfortable and quiet. room service was prompt, and the staff are very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was varied and had many options.
sometimes things were missing from the cleaning ladies, towels or other amenities were not consistently replaced. But when i asked they would bring them.

-NOISE, doors shutting on the floor, airplane noise, pipes, windows creaking ane a dreadful high frequency noise nonstop -duvet cover had a rip in it -room service food was terrible -rooms are tiny, getting ready in the bathroom is a nightmare have no space at all -old, uncomfortable rooms

It was easy for me to register and get a room quite quickly and head up there as I was very tired from a long journey. Last time I stayed at the moving Pic my room was larger and the bed more comfortable and the bathroom, a little bit more luxurious. This room seemed somewhat simple and Spartan though I cannot complain about the amenities as there was everything one would need Wi-Fi, room service, and close to the elevator.
My bed was really quite uncomfortable as the mattress sloped towards the floor on either end and was humped in the middle. When I took a shower, I could not avoid getting a lot of water on the floor. Again, I remember this being as much better in the room that I stayed in last time. I just felt that the room was a little bit past its prime and could've used a freshening up.

Close to the airport, although I don’t recommend walking (I tried this and it required crossing a highway!). The lobby is nice and the lobby bar/cafe has nice coffee (7 CHF for a cappuccino, but I guess that’s Switzerland for you).
For a four star hotel, I was expecting slightly nicer finishes. The upholstery and carpets in my room were a bit worn and stained. I wish there had been more space (and more clean space) in the gym to use floor mats. While the location was convenient for the airport, I found it a bit depressing right next to the highway. If I could do it again I would stay one block further south (near Crowne plaza or Marriott) to have better access to shops and nicer walking.
