The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel location was excellent with everything you would need in walking distance. Anything you needed help with the reception desk would sort within seconds and were always on hand.

Toilets were dirty and smelly. Someone clearly didn’t do their job properly. Could be a one off. The previous time it was clean.
