Great location. Close to train station, bus and tram. Lots of places to eat nearby.
Nice decoration in the hotel and very good lassi at breakfast!
There's only one lift and it can take a little patience for it to arrive. I opted for the stairs during my stay so it didn't bother me too much.
My room was facing the main street so the morning starts early with garbage trucks etc. Not a big issue with windows closed.

The people who were preparing breakfast was really nice people. And the location is good.
The lady in the reception wasnot very welcoming! She actually was kind of angry and tense!

I'm a disabled traveller so when I emailed the room to explain the situation they were very responsive and the reply was excellent, when we arrived they were very accommodating. We will likely return to this hotel when we come back to Geneva.
We had an early check out, so opted for the express breakfast, wish we hadn't bothered, it's not worth it, two bits of bread, a coffee that isn't very nice, and a small glass of orange juice, 10 CHF, don't bother with this, get something outside at a cafe.

Rooms are decently sized and well decorated. Nice and clean. Location is walking distance to main attractions. Parking area is convenient, behind the hotel.
Breakfast zone is small, though breakfast is ok.

We really loved the room which was remodeled, but in a very traditional style, perhaps retaining some of the original fixtures. The staff were very nice. We appreciated the kettle and tea in the room, as well as a mini-bar.
Some might find the hotel location a bit uninviting, but it is in the city center and close to the train station.
