The room was beautiful; we were given an upgrade to one with a view of the Matterhorn. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The shower was excellent, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The heating worked perfectly.
Breakfast was also great, with plenty of options — you could even have your eggs cooked to your liking!

On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The reception area was welcoming, clean and brightly decorated. Our room was very well appointed and the bed comfortable.

Not my first time at Kipling Manotel and hopefully not the last one. Great location, very friendly staff that always makes you feel welcome, clean cozy rooms, and overall great value for money.

As Kipling was fully booked, they offered free upgrade to Auteil (4 Star!) within short walk.
Staff amazing in both hotels, room spacious and clean with separate bathroom and wc.
Workmen started pneumatic drill early Thursday morning right outside the room. However we were offered another room but were checking out.
