Location was good and not far from train station. Easy walk to hotel, and accommodated 3 travelers in one room. Newer upgrades
Door handle fell off a couple times and unable to regulate temperature in room ( too hot, opened window but on city street) Staff could have been friendlier when interacting

“Everything was fine, but this time the cleaning staff knocked on the door and tried to open it quite early in the morning, before 8 a.m. It felt a little too early and was somewhat disturbing.”

The kettle. The shower. The towels
I had a room i could hear people talking in the hall. There was a pulsating sound. And my window looked out on a outdoor seating restaurant with lights all night.

Had a very comfortable stay, room was clean, good size, comfortable bed, wifi worked well. The staff were all fantastic, very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Location was also good, not far to the lake and the train station easily accessible. Breakfast was also good, had everything that I like for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if in Geneva.
