I really enjoy staying at this hotel and have always had a great experience here. The rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent, and everything is usually well prepared.
This time, however, I booked a room for two guests but only one set of towels was provided. It was a small oversight and did not significantly affect my stay, but I hope the hotel can pay a little more attention to these details in the future.
Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel and look forwar

I love how easy it was to get to from the airport, and local transit, it was a 10 minute walk from the train that I took from the airport. And it was just as easy to get back home to New York, I walked 10 minutes to the train which took me to the airport quickly. And it was walking distance to all the good things you want to experience in Geneva!
Upon arrival, the front desk person, Rui, gave me a full rundown of all the wonderful things to experience in Geneva. I came here on a total whim, not knowing anything about the city, it was my last stop in Europe before returning home, after hopping around Europe for 2 weeks. Rui filled me in on the Choco-pass, the free transit card, where to eat, where to walk around, safety of the city, points of interest, and all in all got me very excited about my 24-hour journey in Geneva. I was very happy with my stay.
The hotel is very conveniently located near transit, shopping, eating, everything you want to do and see. I had the most wonderful trip and am very grateful of the comfort, cleanliness, and welcoming staff of this hotel. And the price is great too!
My one little takeaway, and it’s not really their fault… Was that it was very hot outside, 80°F, so after a long day of walking around the city and sweating, you wanna come and cool off in the hotel, but the air-conditioning was not very cold… albeit they did leave a note in the room saying that they are eco-friendly and earth friendly and trying to use less energy, and I totally respect that. But I’m from America we are used to cranking the air conditioning to be nice and cold after a long hot day outdoors. It was a little bit uncomfortable not having a cold room, although they did offer fans. So again, I hate to even mention it because it’s more of a Geneva thing and not a hotel thing.

Clean room and a great breakfast with a nice seating area.
Staff in the evening were not helpful or polite and showed attitude; fixing a broken TV remote took multiple visits. The bathroom had little inconveniences. Parking costs 35 per night in a self-park garage and must be arranged in advance.

It suited our budget and for purpose of our stay
It was quite small and cramped reception area very small

We were there for the marathon so first time visit to Genève and was quite the hike to the marathon village/start etc and on day no taxis roads closed so put a dampener on the run we had to do to get there anyway that was our fault not knowing the city
