Very close to the airport and I couldn’t hear the airplanes taking off or landing.

I chose it because it was near the airport, even though it was expensive and turns out to be nearly impossible to get to.
Reservation staff was mostly unresponsive, but when they did respond were rude and ugly for no reason. My reservation got messed up; they were arrogant & ugly about refusing to fix it. If it can't be fixed, then admit it. If the correct night is sold out, then say so. If it was my fault (not clear) so be it. There's just no reason to act so ugly about my very simple, very polite request. I was completely blindsided by their unprofessionalism. Also, it was not adequately represented in the description that the hotel is nearly impossible to get to, especially with luggage.

So easy to walk to the airport but make sure you have the correct directions. Not more than 5 minutes or so on a dedicated path/road. Super convenient.
Bus stops right outside so super easy to get downtown Geneva.
It’s part of an industrial area/airport so not much around. However, easy to hop on a bus
Know there is more than one Ibis so make sure you are heading to the correct one.

Very convenient to fly the next morning, 7min bus every 10minutes. Great room, very clean. Very quiet: I'm very sensitive to noise and didn't need ear plugs. Going there before each of my morning flights!
They had plastic sheets on the bed and pillows. Had to remove them before sleeping because the sound and feel of it were aweful. Slept amazing after that.
Wish they had a cheaper "quick" breakfast option with just coffee and a croissant, I skipped the full buffet option.

The location and facilities are new and well-maintained. The bar/restaurant is easily accessible and stays open until midnight or 1 a.m., which is a big plus.
The receptionist who checked us in did not seem very professional, especially compared to the staff we encountered last year. The team at the reception desk didn’t come across as welcoming or accommodating—it felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. However, the staff at the bar and breakfast area were noticeably more service-minded, which we really appreciated.
