I always like a coffee machine in my room and the Comfort room provided this. The staff are hugely welcoming, cheery and helpful. This is why I returned.
A small thing but whenI stayed the first time in the standard room I found the pillows high and uncomfortable but those in the Comfort room seemed much better this stay. I like low pillows and this is why it's good maybe to offer guests one low and one high in rooms.

The location is in a great spot, the breakfast was good, and the hotel's atmosphere and decoration are very artistic.
At checking, there was a large group. The staff could have split the two check-in desks, one for the group, the other for individuals, but they did not. I waited like 15-20 minutes, with an urgent conference call meeting upcoming. The hall was extremely noisy, and there was no chance for me to open the call. Eventually, I was able to convince one of the people to do the check-in and join my call with some embarrassing delay (I was the call organizer).
Another nuissancle it that when approaching the hotel, it is difficult to see the parking entrance. If you miss it, you have to do a big drive around to be able to pass by the parking entrance again.

Nice hotel, entirely decorated in the theme of comic strips. Each room has its own decoration by a comic strip artist. The lobby has a large collection of comic strips available for the guests.
Facilities are perfectly in line with this type of hotel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom just right. Breakfast is excellent with a rich buffet. The bar and café serve excellent food.
Hotel is located next to a stop of tram line 12 that brings you either to the train station, or to the city center. Hotel offers you a free public transportation pass. Staff is very kind and always ready to answer questions.

Room was excellent and breakfast tasted amazing. The staff was phenomenal. The lobby decoration was a big hit for me.

Location was very pretty and with plenty of transport options but being so far from the lake it resulted in an extra 20-30 minutes commute time.

Great places to eat close by and many nice shops. Short walk to Stade Geneva. Easy access to many walking trails and hikes. Walkable to the cable car to Mont Salève. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was super kind and helpful.

The room was pretty comfortable and clean, the cartoons on the walls gave room a delightful atmosphere. Staff was very kind and helpful. Geneva is an expensive city, so it was not very cheap but cheaper than many places. The location is a bit far from the downtown but the public transportation is very developed and there is a bus/tram stop in front of the hotel, so transportation was very practical.
The bench in front of the window of the room was very nice to sit while enjoying the sight. Totally recommended.
Besides Carouge is a nice household to stay, many cafes and restaurants were nearby which were open until 11 pm or 12 am, which is not common for Geneva.

I have stayed here before. The cartoon-themed décor is brilliant! We loved the décor in our room this time, the comfortable bed, the fact you can open a secret window to get natural air instead of just air conditioning, the efficient and spacious shower, the great breakfast choices.
The evening 'meals' on offer at the bar continue to be disproportionately pricey. Fortunately there are plenty of places to eat out in Carouge.
