The location is good, and it is near to the international conference center.
I stayed in the hotel for a week. At the first two days, everything looks good. From the third day, the cleaning staff did not provide me the paper cups anymore. She even did not clean the trash bag and put it on the table in the sixth day. I did not know the reason why she did this, and someone told me that it may be due to the tips. I did not put the tips in the room during my stay because I was told Euro is different from US, hope that I will be noticed that tips are necessary in the next stay, if possible in the future.

It had a trendy but reserved vibe. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Clean and fresh linen and towels. Staff friendly and helpful.
Couldn't get hot water from the shower and if it did come thru it was short lived maybe less than a minute before it went cold again. Washed body and hair in the sink as hot water there. No milk pods or creamers for hot drinks and no fridge to keep fresh milk. The bar did provide a small cup of it when asked.

The two connected rooms worked well for our family of 4. Good beds, good bathroom, nice flat screen smart TV. Everything was clean and comfortable. I liked the safe parking for our car in the basement. The location was good: close enough to the city center. Free public transportation passes were provided with our booking. It was nice though we didn't (need to) make use of it. Price was good relative to other offerings.
Breakfast was not included in the price, and it was quite expensive to add it to our booking. Hence, we didn't use it and found less expensive options in the city. The restaurant is fairly priced, but food options limited. We didn't use it.

Key cards a pain, kept locking us out. Our booked room wasn't available and we were called back to move rooms, which we couldn't do. It was never acknowledged in person.

The location is great. The rooms are new and quiet.
There wasn't even a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. As I was leaving, I realised they had a large kettle with hot water down in the Reception area but no one told me this. During breakfast things kept finishing - e.g. water, coffee mugs etc. and I had to ask several times for these things. Considering that we had to pay extra for breakfast, that was not the best service expected.

Carpets are very old. In some places dirty and have old stains. Definitely needs changing.
Rooms very small and not much space for luggage.
We paid for 2 rooms but requested interconnected ones for family. One room was very small despite cosying same price as other. Could not sit or open suitcases in the second room. Everyone crammed into first room to get ready. Very dated furniture
