Good location.
Staff at reception was not in a good mood when I got there. The rest of the stay was good. Other staff were very nice and helpful and they made up for the first impression.
A kettle in the room would be nice, there was none.

The location of the hotel was great, very easy to locate, many buses nearby. I used public transportation the entire time over there, felt completely safe and it was a short bus ride to the airport and bus station. There's also plenty of food options nearby, an ALDI about 2 blocks away and beautiful parks to roam.
Cannot think of anything at this time, would definitely stay there again.

Handy for the railway station. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We arrived much later than expected due to train delays and the staff were great.

Welcoming staff. Good localisation.

I was allowed to check in early, which was really helpful. Room was basic, but comfortable and the location is central.
The room doesn't have a kettle and the only option is to used a shared kettle. The tea wasn't free either, it was 4CHF. I've never known something like this at a hotel.

This hotel is very central, basically a few minutes walk from the railway station. There is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel also. Public transport is free of charge in Geneva with a hotel reservation. There are several supermarkets, restaurants etc in walking distance. Great locaiton.
The rooms are basic Ibis rooms, but big and comfortable enough for a city stay. The breakfast is also nice. The staff is friendly Very nice experience. Switzerland and the hotels are horribly expensive, so is this hotel,, but for the same price you can usually get a small room with shared bathroom in a distant locaiton.

We had parking for free in the garage of hotel and the staff agreed to keep there the car beyond the checkout time.
Hotel not so far from city center (we moved always on foot).
We booked for three, and the third bed was a sofa bed instead of regular bed.
