Location was perfect. The staff were attentive. The breakfast did not have a lot of options for people who were gluten free or on special diets, but it was adequate. The wait staff were attentive and the room was elegant and cozy. Free city transportation pass.
The coffee. Room service required someone to come down for it which is not room service so it should be called pick-up service. The price is more than I like to pay.

With Ibis you sort of know what you're going to get for your money. I've stayed at several Ibis hotels and this one did not disappoint. Great location - near a large number of local restaurants as well as Lake Geneva, though it's a bit 'sketchy' in the immediate vicinity of the hotel late at night. Staff are always very good at Ibis and the breakfast was wonderful. I was on a bicycle trip and for a small fee they will 'concierge' your bike in the garage and deliver it to you when you're ready to leave. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Luggage storage was for a fee. In a red light district (not disclosed to us) and the women were really load outside our windows.

Property was in a good location, but they didn’t have the AC working. We had to ask for a fan.
Air conditioning not working it got too hot and too loud in the night as we had to keep the window open.

Very Central.
Short walk from attractions
They give u a free travel pass for the duration of your stay. It works for ferries, bus, tramps. Basically all public transport except taxi and trains. It very economical for Geneva. Free coffee and tea all day at the reception area.
Very friendly staff.
Small room and bathroom.
Hookers around the corners.
Cheap kebab shops around too so very noisy at night over the weekend.
Air conditioner wasn’t working they gave us fans.

The area around the hotel can feel a bit unsafe at night due to people drinking nearby, and there might be some noise if you keep the window open.

Location near main transport hub and proximity to the Lake was excellent. Free public transport card was excellent and we were able to use a boat every morning to travel across the Lake to our family who live in Geneva.
Breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed it every morning before heading off. Huge range of different foods and plentiful supply.

Generally a good location to get to the city center and train station.
Room had window facing street. We were on the 4? or 5? floor and it was pretty noisy.

the location was great for my trip, since it was nearby all my weekend events during the weekend. Room size was just fine, but I feel that the price is pushed too much for that week.
Maybe the surroundings can be noisy at night and for the price you don't even get a simple snack breakfast.

Wonderful
The hotel was close to the lake, train station/buses & downtown; 20 minute walk to old town so excellent location.
Very clean room and comfortable bed.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Would definitely stay there again!
Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in room.
Room was a little small but we made it work.
The neighborhood around the hotel itself is a little suspect with “call girls” noticeable but felt very safe walking to/from hotel during the day. Also neighborhood is somewhat dirty and older.
