Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was able to check-in early.
Would prefer a small coffee station in the room. But coffee were available at reception/breakfast area.

Central location, near to the amenities and the train station, also received a free travel pass after booking with the hotel. The gentleman on reception in particular was extremely helpful. Didn’t catch his name but the gentleman with the pony tail - couldn’t do enough for those staying there including myself.

The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were great, the location to Lake Geneva and the local transport hubs was excellent.
Whilst the hotel, staff and the location to the lake and other amenities is great, it was a little concerning having to pass through the red light area to reach the hotel entrance. It was a little noisy at night if the windows were open.

Location was incredible. Right in the middle of old town and surrounded by vibrant restaurants. Blocks away from museums and historical sites. Definitely enjoyed the local culture surrounding the apartment.
Unit is located in the heart of the restaurant district so outdoor activities went on until after 2am. Noise levels were high until the morning hours but worth the noise to be in that location. Briing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Unit also smelled of mold but not overwhelming. Window did not work to be able to open. Be careful because I think they may fall in if opened to far.

Great location, close from the train station. Staff were really nice. They give you a free transport card for the duration of your stay, which is really nice as transport in Switzerland are pretty expensive.

hotel is located in a red light district. the noise, screaming and lights all night don't allow sleep. never had such horrible experience in my life

Good breakfast plenty to choose from location was ok close to the train station although i found the area a little run down
To be honest there wasn't anything i didn't like you know what you're getting and everything was as it should be room was clean and comfortable good shower good variety of breakfast items
