Extremely close to the train station, perfect for seeing Geneva and surrounding areas. Ideal for the Christmas markets. We had a clean and comfortable room, with fresh towels & beds made each day. Staff friendly & polite. Good value for money.
There wasn’t a safe, kettle or fridge in the room.

Convenient, easy to navigate from.
This was my second stay and, unfortunately, I had a room facing the road and railway line. It was very noisy.

Location is perfect
Some room size and bathroom size too small and only complete cover curtains in the room without the transparent ones .

Check out is at 12 PM, which is great.
1. It says parking is included but it’s not a free paring. It’s just street parking (good luck finding spots) or you can park at the train station (paid parking, no discount from the hotel). Most hotels had the same advertising - which is not quite fair.
2. The bed mattress is very thin and not so comfortable when you are 8months pregnant.
3. The room temperature was quite high - which is good in principle but very hard to bear during the night

It is a fairly good option to Geneva prices with good enough location. The staff were friendly. However it was nowhere near a 3-star hotel.
The entrance and reception were nothing like a hotel, in general the hotel was almost like a hostel or dorm. In addition, it smelled like piss around the elevator. The location also didn’t feel safe although being very close to the city center.
The rooms were very small with standard ibis furniture but it wasn’t perfectly cleaned. There was hair on one of the towels.
