Your front desk staff, evening and morning were superb. Professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable — a real credit to IBIS
The room felt a little tired. The paintwork could have been better. I would also hae appreciated a safe in the room.

It was okay better than I was expecting but everything was very small and compact. It wasn’t the best location but still were able to walk around. The room was clean and we were able to rest well.

It was fine! Room was practical and did the job, location was good for both city and airport. Good for public transit. Free transit cards were a plus. Affordable by city’s standards. Nice to have a room we can set up for 3 people
There was another guest’s dirty laundry behind the bathroom radiator when we checked in. Also, the check in process took ages. I stood there for ~30 minutes waiting for two rooms to check in ahead of me.

The location was perfect near to the train station near to the lack and city center we didn’t need to use any transportations during our stay . The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from — we really enjoyed it every morning.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Close to train station and main stops. We stayed there for a short trip, less than 24h.
Check out is at 12 PM, which is great.
1. It says parking is included but it’s not a free paring. It’s just street parking (good luck finding spots) or you can park at the train station (paid parking, no discount from the hotel). Most hotels had the same advertising - which is not quite fair.
2. The bed mattress is very thin and not so comfortable when you are 8months pregnant.
3. The room temperature was quite high - which is good in principle but very hard to bear during the night

It is a fairly good option to Geneva prices with good enough location. The staff were friendly. However it was nowhere near a 3-star hotel.
The entrance and reception were nothing like a hotel, in general the hotel was almost like a hostel or dorm. In addition, it smelled like piss around the elevator. The location also didn’t feel safe although being very close to the city center.
The rooms were very small with standard ibis furniture but it wasn’t perfectly cleaned. There was hair on one of the towels.

The staff is very helpful with very easy check in and check out (and option for early check-in and luggage storage). The rooms are very clean and comfortable as well. The location is also very convenient near the Central Train Station and the old town. There is also a grocery store within 2-minute walking distance.
The room was a bit dark with no daylight.

The room was very small, same sa the bathroom. You could barely mive between the bed and the TV stand, ine person!! As for the toilet, if you are fatter or taller you just can't use the ?
