Loved the value , hotel was in a good location to access Genva by public transport, which is also free with the Geneva pass . Very clean and had all necessary facilities, shopping centre across the road , very handy
We're asked to check in online, seems silly seeing as we had to go through a very lengthy check in once there , the staff member chatted to other guests for ages while we waited to check in .

Good location, very clean and quiet room, nice breakfast. Private parking and immediate proximity of bus station, with free travel cards provided by the hotel.
Very small room; didn’t even have a proper bathroom, just a curtain to isolate from the rest of the room. There is no place to enjoy a quiet drink downstairs, just a few chairs and a vending machine in the lobby facing the reception directly, more like a waiting space, certainly not inviting. Staff polite but not particularly friendly at the reception.

The room was clean, comfortable and tidy. Housekeeping came every day. The staff were super nice and always smiling. Breakfast didn’t have a big selection, but everything was tasty and enough to start the day. I was worried I’d need an adapter for my chargers, but all of them worked perfectly in the sockets. You just need the right plug shape (I’ll attach a photo). The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but getting around is very easy with public transport. There’s a direct bus from the airport that takes about 10 minutes. The hotel also sent me a free transport card, which made moving around even simpler. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. For Geneva’s prices, this hotel is a great budget-friendly option.
The only thing that might bother some people is the room location. I was on the first floor, with the window facing the street, so I had to keep the blinds closed, and I couldn’t keep the window open. It was a bit uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. Also, the shampoo/soap/shower gel is 3-in-1, and there were no bathrobes, slippers or a hairdryer, but I already knew this from other comments, so it wasn’t an issue.
