Very Good
Comfortable, quiet room, larger than expected. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a traditional style. Location was superb, very near my meeting and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was ample, but not up to the quality I expected for the price charged: watery scrambled eggs, undercooked bacon, limited cheese choices, and other accompaniments.

Beautiful boutique hotel, rooms were very nicely appointed. Bath & large shower was fantastic! Staff was wonderful, super helpful! Great location!
Bed were a little saggy, probably time for a new mattress. Beautiful shower needs a shower mat, floor very slippery.

The restaurant that used to be one of the best features of the hotel was closed! Even though on Booking and on the hotel's website it was stated that it was open.
The minibar was turned off (no possibility of storing cold drinks in the room)!

The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size with large, fluffy bath towels and plenty of bench space for you to put your things if needed. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety and the staff were helpful and provided us with a public transport voucher which was handy to have. It was only about 16 minutes from the train station so it was walkable and not far from everything else we wanted to see in the old town.
The shower button that changes the tap to bath option kept going down so needed to keep adjusting it every time we wanted a shower. The stairwell was a bit dark between the first and second floor. The restaurant was closed unfortunately and we didn't know that when booking. Only available for breakfast.

Easy access from the train station. Close to many shops and restaurants. Small room but comfortable beds and very quiet. Air conditioning.
Room was a bit small. But other than that, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent. Convenient to grocery and old town.
Very dated and dusty. Although the rooms are clean, the hallways and elevator were full of dust.

The location was very good.
The hotel is old and definitely not 4 stars. The cleaning of the room was bad, the carpet was very dirty.
There is no one to help you with you baggage.

Location is good. Room size was okay. Hotel offers the use of umbrellas which we found useful
The staff at reception, apart from one young man at reception who checked us is, were miserable. The cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Booking a sauna via their Whatsapp system was useless, did not bother responding. There was a lack of replenishing tea bags, coffee sachets etc. we had to requests this a few times. Room had small espresso cups which are not any good for tea or decent normal coffee. The hotel internally is dated, in our room there was a shortage of sockets but were adequate in our daughter's room

A very pleasant place to stay — wonderful and helpful staff, well-appointed and spotless room, updated bathroom and lovely breakfast area. Excellent location, close to many restaurants, museums, parks and La Vielle Ville. It’s a solid value.
Room ventilation and cooling could be improved.

Nice room with balcony and very cold AC. Nice comfortable bed and plenty of space. Nice helpful chap on reception showed us where to park.
Nice breakfast. Easy walk to all the sights.
Nothing comes to mind, no noise from neighbors or anything to complain or worry about.

Central location. Beautiful hotel. The front desk lady allowed us to check in a little before our time. She was also very kind and helped us with the parking meter. The hotel was very clean. No issues. Yes, we would book it again.
They only have a few parking spaces so preregistration is probably a good idea when booking your room. We didn’t and had to park on the street. Not a big deal.

A nice clean hotel in a great location. An excellent breakfast, hot showers, good air conditioning, and reasonable price.
The carpets in the room could be replaced or removed and leave hardwood. The fridge did not work.
