Tap water in the bathroom smells like sewage. Disgusting. Restaurant closes and is not available during 2 days/week. Uncomfortable pillows.

Property was nice and clean. Staff were welcoming. We got room upgrade which made our stay more comfortable. Location is great near by to everything. Breakfast was perfect.

The location was relatively central and the beds comfortable
The air conditioning is very noisy, with any normal provision of a hotel costing extra money even coffee. The hotel is rated much higher than it should be when compared with comparable hotels

Very well located, near the bridge to the city centre and the Quai of Mont-Blanc, with restaurants and utility stores in the surroundings. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Not so clean, especially the cups near the coffee machine. There is no AC as they have listed, it is just a heater. You cant open the windows in the room we were given which was not so pleasant because there is no means of air circulation.
