Parking accessibility, the hotel had only 2 pass cards for the entire guests to the parking area ( which is out of the hotel) you have to wait for a card and have to return it back and forth every time you use it

The staff are so nice and helpful, they gave us breakfast and dinner recommendations everyday . They always have a smile on . And they managed a nice upgrade . The shower is amazing very new and high pressure . The room is nice like an antic style . The location is not too far from center you need to walk a bit .

We have stayed at this hotel several times now, whenever we visit Geneva. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is perfect for both the train station and the city centre/lake. Lots of good brunch/coffee/dinner/drinks places within a 2-minute walk.

Perfectly placed for our stay to explore Geneva. Staff helpful and informative. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
Creaky floors so we could hear movement in the room above. Didn't really disturb us too much though.

Perfect location, nice room size, charming deco and nic staff!! The only minus is that there are works happening during the day (working hours) and not possible to rest in the room - it is obviously temporary but the value for money is not there! I would suggest other to ask if the works are still happening before booking for a long stay.
