For my needs, the location was perfect, and the staff friendly and helpful.
Out of the two rooms I booked, one was very cramped in particular in the bathroom with a tiny not freely accessible basin, and a toilet that was so close to the wall that made it uncomfortable to sit on.

Welcoming staff.
Very noisy location at the intersection of three main heavy traffic streets.
Noise proofing of rooms needs improvement
Impossible to adjust the rooms heating so it was 27 celsius in winter.

The room was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The staff helped me get the best room at the lSt minute because I needed silence to sleep long and recuperate from some nights lacking sleep. They were very helpful . I also like that I can control the temperature the room and that they have a small refrigerator. And especially the coffee machine!
It was a good two nights and I recommend this hotel.

The location. The comfort of its beds. The Staff, special thanks to Mr. Adam, Ms. Nadine, and the Housekeeping Ladies.
The lighting in the Bathroom was too dim or flickering. The sink was accumulating water. Also a risk of slipping when getting out of the shower was high. I would suggest putting a handle on the wall to facilitate exiting the shower.

The location was good, the rooms were cleaned every day, I don't know because I didn't have breakfast, the staff was helpful.
The sink in the bathroom was very small, you could only wash your hands.The hotel needs renovation, it is very old.Reception was not available after 10:00 p.m. That's a bit of a problem.

The location was slightly out of the main tourist areas but it was well connected & close to the city. The ratio of price/quality made this hotel very attractive as well as its modern rooms.
The rooms could use a more thorough cleaning. The bathroom & room were clean however the drapes were very stained & some towels were stained & might do with replacing.

Excellent location very close to the railway station and the lake, also a walking distance from the downtown. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, overlooking the inner yard. Overall very pleasant stay.
The breakfast was quite basic, but still good.
