Located at the Cornavin Main Train Station in the center of Geneva. The Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away and you can find excellent public transport connections to the airport and the central business area. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Just central location
There was no hair dryer in our room. Even though we repeatedly told them this, no one helped us. We couldn’t even take a shower in 0-degree weather. Only cold water was coming from the shower. The rooms were very old. The room was cold. There was only central heating, and it wasn’t sufficient. The staff at reception were extremely unhappy; no one was smiling. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Very convenient, right beside the railway. I really appreciate the work desk and coffee machine.
The space was a bit tight but adequate. Trains and cars are audible, so this place might not be advisable for light sleepers.

I booked the room with kitchen and it has been really comfortable. However, coffee machine is not working. Cleaning staffs are inconsistence in arear they intended to clean or not do it. Somedays, the room and kitchen were neatly clean and other days not. Location of the hotel is super convenient to go around and between cities because it's just within reach to the central station. I am coming to stay again in a week time. Hope I have similar or better experience. Oh, Thanks for sharing the city transportation ahead of time so I can use it right away from the airport.
I like to see more of the consistency of cleaning process and mindful of hidden dirty spots. It will be helpful if staff tell us what we can expect from the services.

Location is perfect. The reception team and the staff were very helpful.
The bed was uncomfortable and quite small. It definitely didn’t have the comfort level expected from a four-star hotel.

I've stayed here before and always thought it good value for money, and very convenient for catching the train to work. This time was no exception. I also appreciated the fact that you don't have to be a gymnast to get into and out of the shower (given I am over 70), as is the case in some hotels.
Internet kept dropping out after a short time of non-usage, and it wasn't always straightforward getting it back. This is an issue for business travellers like myself. Breakfast offered a good choice, but bad luck if you arrive after about 9am - there is little left in the way of hot food. Suggest putting a non-slip mat or rail in the shower, as although getting in and out is easier than at some establishments, a couple of times I felt as if I might slip over.

I booked "Superior Double Room with Kitchenette" but I was disappointed to see the room which was given to me it was an small old room which was not at all like beautiful images of such room shown in booking.com website. The the size of the room was smaller then the size mentioned.
