This hotel is located in a central location near the railway station and lakeside. The staff were helpful and gave us good information. We had a quiet room at the back which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and served in a nice dining room.
Nothing, I cannot find fault in anything at this hotel.

I have been using Booking.com for many years and have stayed in Geneva numerous times, including at this hotel. Unfortunately, this stay turned into a very disappointing experience.
I booked two rooms through my Booking.com account, but the hotel refused to provide an invoice for the second room, even though it is a mandatory document required for my business travel reimbursement. Booking.com was also unable to help resolve the issue.
As a result, I will not be reimbursed for a significant part of my accommodation expenses. This is completely unacceptable, especially for business travelers who rely on proper documentation.
For this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel for business trips and am giving it the lowest possible rating.

The location was perfect, near both the bus and train station to walk but not noisy. And minutes to walk to the lake, then cross the bridge to the old town.
My room was beautiful, comfy bed, lots of towels, tea and coffee machine.
Breakfast was a cold buffet but theres all the pastries and lots of different breads. Then there was ham, smoked salmon, cheeses, cereals yogurts and boike eggs. Coffee from a machine but it was good!
Staff helpful, free wi-fi.
I was worried Geneva would be a bit expensive so I picked a reasonably priced hotel but I couldnt have asked for more.
I was a solo traveller and felt very safe there.
Would definitely stay again.
My only comment, and this isn't a complaint, but if you had mobility issues the shower is over the bath and had quite a high side, could maybe do with a handle, or ask for a walk in shower if you're worried about bathroom slips!
